MINDFULNESS

The world of emotion management is ever growing and evolving, and I'm not just talking about Oprah book trends...although if I can get on the next Dr. Phil type bandwagon sign me up for real.  Anyway, with the consistent introduction of varying stressors and anxieties and unplanned surprises in life, we need more tools than ever before to handle them.  I take pride in clearly explaining and navigating the often foggy landscape of "what the hell am I supposed to do now" questions, and nagging negative thoughts, you have in your head. 


EMOTION-SPIRIT CONNECTION

Tangible or not, some of the most important things to search out in today’s competitive craziness are at this particular intersection. I had a colleague/mentor who used to say, "the separation of the emotional from the spiritual IS the problem!" What you do with that statement or concept is entirely your business. I'm sure we've got lots to talk about. So, remember that I'm open to that being dove-tailed into our therapy time if you want to pursue it. No judgement, no drama, just keepin' it out there for exploring. 



RELATIONSHIPS

The way people connect and disconnect in relationships is constantly in flux, so therapy becomes a viable option, if not requirement, for many. I strive to tease out and address the necessary changes needed so you can focus more on creating a relationship of a lifetime, or whatever you're looking for.  Among my clients are moms and dads, students, single-agains, engineers and programers, athletes, doctors and lawyers, contractors, business entrepreneurs and many other regular folk.  Tailoring each treatment plan according to a person's unique, individual needs is my privilege...


ArtIST & MUSICIAN...STUFF

Let's face it, no one "gets you"...or at least that's how it feels. Demystifying the heart of the artist is in itself a creative practice. It requires finesse, strategic noticing, and, in many ways, empathy. At the end of the day, art and its worth is profoundly personal and that creates an enormous amount of vulnerability. As artists, musicians, celebrities, entertainers, agents, producers and promoters, you sometimes just need a way to shake off the yuck that accumulates. I get you. Let's talk. 



SLEEP

The internet, Netflix, social media and screen-technology are so pervasive that we can’t remember having ever lived without them. They make our lives simpler, sort of, but behind the curtain are challenges to our normal sleep cycle/needs.  And that's before we even delve into the world of anxiety, mood, brain chemistry or the snoring person with ice cold feet next to us, keeping us awake.  I know, at this point, hoping for a good night's sleep seems about as sensible as looking for a unicorn. But, I can help you sort out some restful solutions.

Maintaining the integrity of your public image is an inseparable part of your business, personal life and social outings, but let's be clear, lately you've become a bit of an a-hole. Or maybe it's been for quite awhile. You don't really know why, but those around you are having NO problem telling you about YOUR problem.
